At KTAH Properties, LLC, we specialize in real estate investments that generate consistent and reliable returns. By pooling resources through syndications, we enable sales professionals and other high-achieving individuals to build wealth while reclaiming their valuable time.
Since starting my real estate investing journey in 2018, I have invested in multiple areas of real estate. I started out acquiring single family homes and duplexes as well as flipping houses. I have also been a private money lender to other real estate investors. In the last few years I have acquired multifamily properties as a GP and LP.

Acquisition Strategy
Source
(Year 1)
We source an ideal investment opportunity in a solid market - typically a 50+ unit Class B or Class C property, and make it available for you to invest as a Limited Partner.
Acquire
(Year 1)
The General Partnership team (us) invest alongside Limited Partners (you and other investors) as we pool our funds together to purchase the property.
Reposition
(Years 1-2)
Through renovations, raising rents, increasing occupancy, and streamlining operational expenses, we're able to dramatically increase the property's value.
Refinance
(Year 2-3)
Once the property is stabilized and the value has increased, we refinance and capture the appreciated value, and distribute those funds to our investors (you).
Exit
(Year 5 or 6)
Depending on the market, we will sell the property or refinance again to return all of our investor's initial capital (if refinanced, investors maintain your original equity and continue to receive income from the cash flow).
